notifier: Node 20 → 22 (Node 20 goes out of support this week)
Description
Node 20 stops getting security fixes on 30 April. notifier still runs on it. Should have been done in March.
- Base image to Node 22 LTS.
- CI matrix: 22 only.
- Check the Textbridge and Mailcrest clients on 22 (both plain HTTP, should be fine).
Running on 22 in all regions since Wednesday. No changes needed in our code.
