Acceptance criteria
- A depot's SAML config takes an Okta app's metadata.
- NameID as
emailAddress or unspecified; matched to the account's email, ignoring case. - Signed assertions required; encrypted assertions supported.
- A rehearsal sign-in from a depot works as for Entra ID.
