Description
Acceptance criteria
- After an upload the depot shows "Pending: run a test sign-in".
- A test sign-in that passes makes the new metadata the one in use, and keeps the old certificate until the new one has signed a real sign-in.
- A failing test leaves the old metadata in use and shows why it failed.
