Steps to reproduce

Open the portal. Deploy a new version.
In the same tab, open the Access report.

Expected: report loads. Actual: blank page; console: "Loading chunk 14 failed".

Keep the previous release's chunks for 24 h, and reload once when a chunk fails to load.
