Description

Brakeline (SUP-1016): Hull's depot PDF from the Access report is missing its last page.

Steps to reproduce

Access report, depot Hull, print to PDF in Edge 126.

Expected: 5 pages. Actual: 4; the last block is cut.

Print CSS: the last person's block has break-after: page and the container overflow: hidden; the browser drops the final page.
