Description

OPS-36 took 9 minutes partly because the rollback was by hand. After deploying a region, run the smoke tests (a password sign-in, a phone code to our test number, a SAML sign-in against the test IdP, a request and an approval); if they fail, stop the pipeline, roll that region back and tell #eng.
