Outside check also sends a phone code to a UK number
Description
The outside checks send their phone code to one German test number every minute, so this morning's slow UK route went unseen. Add a UK test number, checked the same way: the code must arrive within 60 s.
UK test number in the outside check since this afternoon. The status page component "SMS codes" follows both.
