Description

From this morning's UK delay: ENG-1496 watches each country's route but pages at five minutes. The UK median peaked at 3 min 40 s with a tail to 19 minutes, so nothing fired.

Acceptance criteria

A second, lower line per country: median receipt lag over 2 minutes across 10 minutes pages on-call.
The page names the country.

Live. Replayed against 20 July to 16 August it would have paged once: on 6 August, about 8 minutes in (ACM-211).
