Description

Northgate's auditors asked which time zone the export is in (SUP-1151). Times are in UTC (the Z), an hour behind UK time in summer; the site managers remember local times.

Acceptance criteria

The CSV export and the daily file get a "Local time (<zone>)" column from the organisation's time zone, next to the UTC one.
