Description

Possible duplicates pairs people by phone number, but only when the numbers are written the same. Vossberg's older records have +49 171 …, 0049171… and 0171 … for the same phone.

Acceptance criteria

Numbers compared in E.164, whatever the spaces, 00 or trunk 0, using the client's country.
The pair shows both numbers as stored.
