Description

Mirrored from Emargen so account managers can follow it in Jira and link customer tickets to it. The work is planned and tracked in Emargen as slices and tasks; don't track work here.

What ships

Onboarding refuses to finish until someone picks a region; nothing is pre-chosen.
Customers' administrators see their region on Organisation settings; a change to it is written to the audit log.
EU clients' email through a second Mailcrest account in its EU region (ACM-305, option b; built as ACM-304).

Halden Foods' security questionnaire depends on it.
