Description

Kelderby's first three pilot depots (Rotterdam, Antwerp, Ghent) rehearse on Thursday 22 October; the switch is Saturday 24 October (Confluence CS › Kelderby rollout plan).

Watch identity-service's log for each depot's test sign-in, so a failure has its reason at once.
Rehearse switching the test depot back to passwords and time it (ENG › Runbook: switch a depot back to passwords).

All three rehearsals passed; Ghent on the second try (its test account wasn't in the depot's Entra ID group, AADSTS50105). Switching the test depot back took 4 minutes.
