Regression tests for the pilot weekend's sign-ins
Description
Before weekend 2, tests for what Saturday showed (OPS-51):
- A person in an Entra ID group the depot's app doesn't allow: Microsoft's error, nothing made on our side.
- Import email differs from the Entra ID username: "No account for this sign-in", no account made (SUP-1260).
- Email claim with capitals (ENG-1827).
- A depot switched on and back off with sessions open: nobody signed out.
- People on phone codes at a switched depot keep their codes.
Merged: 11 tests, run on every pull request.
