Summary

After the scheduler moved to a new host (UTC) on Sunday, the nightly expiry job closed 14 requests after 13 days. Nobody is told when a request expires, so no customer noticed. Found by Marek checking the job's counts.

Impact

14 requests at 4 clients closed early on 30 November and 1 December. All reopened with their original dates.

Cause and fix

Cut-off built from local time compared with UTC timestamps. Fixed in ENG-1232.
