Second pilot weekend, same as OPS-51. Saturday 31 October, 04:30; bridge 05:00–09:00 (Clara, Oskar on call, Tom); Jonas as second engineer.

Henrik's group check for the four depots: done Tue 27 Oct; 7 Liège people were missing from the depot's group and were added the same day.
Import emails compared with Entra ID UPNs for the four depots, so nobody gets "No account for this sign-in" (ENG-1838).
Rehearsal on Thursday 29 October; Sanne Bech signs off after it.
Clara emails each depot manager the time of the switch.
Freeze from Friday 12:00; nothing in SAML or approvals code until after go-live.
