Production changes that need more than a normal deploy, and the weeks when we don't change things. Each change is an OPS issue (type Change) with a plan, a way back and a named person.
Normal deploys follow the Release process and don't go here.

Before OPS-52: test accounts for the four depots by Tuesday, and Henrik's group check. On Tue 27 Oct that check found 7 Liège people missing from KEL-Luik-Users, still only in the old KEL-Liege-Users; Kelderby fixed it the same day.
