Description

Brakeline's administrators filter All requests by depot, approve one, and the list jumps back to every depot (SUP-780). Chrome.

Steps to reproduce

All requests, filter "Leeds".
Approve a request.

Expected: still filtered to Leeds. Actual: filter cleared, page 1 of everything.

The list reloads from the address after a decision and the filter isn't in the address.

Deployed: filter, status and sort live in the address now and survive a decision.
