Brakeline: All requests forgets the depot filter; and how fast does a leaver reach you?

Description

Two things.

Sam filters All requests by depot (Leeds), approves one, and the list jumps back to every depot. Every single time. With 40 requests on a Monday that's a lot of re-filtering.
An administrator at Hull left on Friday. We disabled the account in Entra ID the same afternoon. How fast does that reach your portal? And if we change someone's group in Entra ID, when does the role change with you?

Hi Priya,

That's a bug, thanks. I've passed it to engineering and will tell you when it's fixed.
Entra ID sends a person's groups inside the sign-in itself, so a change reaches us the next time that person signs in. A disabled Entra ID account can't sign in any more, so the Hull administrator is locked out from Friday. The account in the portal stays active until someone deactivates it, though: please deactivate it under People → Deactivate, so it drops off the Access report. A group change works the same way: the new role applies at the person's next sign-in.

ENG-1400 deployed: filter, status and sort live in the URL now and survive a decision.

Hi Priya, the filter fix is out: after an approval the list stays on the depot Sam picked. Closing.
