Description

Ridgeway move to Okta (SUP-1009). Their depot codes are on every Okta profile as location_code: 014, 022, … Our attribute parser turns a value that looks like a number into a number, so 014 arrives as 14 and matches no depot.

Treat the depot attribute as text, always.
