Description

Piet's contract ends on 31 July. Piet wrote most of notifier's provider code.

Walk Elif through the Textbridge client, the receipts webhook, Mailcrest bounces.
Write down anything that only lives in Piet's head.
Access removal and secret rotation are OPS-38.
