Description

From OPS-37 (28 July): Mailcrest delivered our notices up to 47 minutes late and nothing paged us; we heard it from Northgate. We watch whether Mailcrest accepts a message, not when it delivers it.

Median time from send to Mailcrest's "delivered" event, per account, every minute.
Page on-call when it stays over 5 minutes across 10 minutes.
Add to the mail delivery runbook.
