Description

"Mark all as read" marks only the 20 notices loaded in the list. With 140 unread, the count drops to 120.

Steps to reproduce

  1. A person with more than 20 unread notices.
  2. Open the bell, Mark all as read.

Expected: 0 unread. Actual: the rest stay unread.

Fix

One call that marks every unread notice of the person.
