In-app notices in the portal
Description
Shaped in Emargen: In-app notices in the portal.
Why
Approvers who work in the portal all day still have to watch their email to see a new request.
What we build
- A bell in the portal's header with the number of unread notices.
- The list: newest first, each linking to what it's about; read and unread; "Mark all as read".
- The same notices as the emails, sent by notifier and kept in the customer's region for 90 days.
Not in this epic
- Browser or phone notifications. Choosing which kinds of notice to get. A daily digest.
