Description

Parcelwise (SUP-1075): an administrator spent ten minutes on a new person's form and lost it when the session ended.

Acceptance criteria

Two minutes before the session ends, a dialog: "You'll be signed out in 2 minutes." with "Stay signed in".
Staying signed in starts a new session in the usual way; nothing about session length changes.
Announced to screen readers.
