Description

The backfill was rehearsed on a quiet copy; nobody had put traffic on a full-size one. Build a copy of the EU database from a backup in a separate account, replay a busy morning against it, and run the next big migration there first. Target 4 September.

Copy built from Sunday's EU backup; a Monday 07:00 hour replayed at 1.5 times. The lockout release (ENG-1702) ran its migration under that load: no lock over 0.3 s, All requests p95 1.1 s. The copy stays for big migrations.
