Description

Kelderby (SUP-1124): "not SAML metadata" for Antwerp's Federation Metadata XML from Entra ID. Henrik's team added one comment line at the top so they know which depot it is.

Steps to reproduce

A metadata file starting with  before <EntityDescriptor>.
Upload it.

Expected: accepted. Actual: refused.

We check the first bytes for <EntityDescriptor instead of parsing. Parse the file, then check the root element.

Henrik's team uploaded all seven pilot depots' files this afternoon; pending until their test sign-ins.
