Description

Found testing on an iPhone.

Steps to reproduce

iPhone, Safari 18. Ask for a code.
Lock the phone for a minute, unlock.

Expected: "Resend" enabled. Actual: still counting down from where it stopped.

Safari pauses timers in the background. Work out the time left from when the code was sent.
