Greenhollow: 'Resend code' stays grey on iPhones after the phone was locked
Description
On iPhones the "Resend code" button stays grey for ages if the phone locks while people wait. Workers at Charleville stand there with it counting down.

Hanna logged this yesterday as ENG-1738: Safari pauses timers in the background; work out the time left from when the code was sent. Added Greenhollow to it.

Fixed in today's portal release: the button is ready a minute after the code was sent, locked phone or not.

Hi Aoife, reproduced on an iPhone with Safari: when the phone locks, the countdown stops and carries on from where it stopped once the phone is unlocked, so the button stays grey long after the minute has passed. Sent to engineering. Until it's fixed, reloading the page shows the right state.
