Description

Vossberg (SUP-1188): a driver merged on Tuesday asked for a code; it went to the phone number of the record that was merged away.

Steps to reproduce

  1. A has phone X, B has phone Y. Merge B into A, keep A.
  2. A asks for a code.

Expected: SMS to X. Actual: SMS to Y.

Removed records are soft-deleted, and the phone-code lookup doesn't exclude them.

Fixed. Nine merged pairs at Vossberg had numbers on both sides; checked each.
