Description

Brakeline (SUP-1203): Neil holds the approver role at Grimsby and Immingham. Immingham's requests reach Neil by email but aren't in the approvals list.

The approvals list builds its filter from the manager's first depot only (portal:src/approvals/TeamScope.ts).
