Brakeline: manager of Grimsby and Immingham sees only Grimsby's requests
Description
Neil Archer manages Grimsby and Immingham, and since this morning has the approver role at both. Immingham's requests reach Neil by email but aren't in Neil's approvals list. Grimsby's are.

ENG-1782. The approvals list builds its filter from the manager's first depot only.

Fixed this morning: Neil's list shows both depots' requests now.

Hi Sam, reproduced with a test manager at two depots: the approvals list only shows the first depot's requests. That's our bug; it's with engineering now. Until it's fixed, Neil can open Immingham's requests from the email, or you can approve them under All requests.
