Description

UK customers want their data in the UK. Open uk-south (London) the same shape as the EU, place new UK clients there, and move the existing ones who ask.

Region built and smoke-tested by mid-January. New UK clients are placed there from now on.
Brakeline (asked in February) moves Saturday 1 March, Northgate Saturday 8 March, 05:00–07:00 UK time.
Each move: read-only mode, copy, check counts, switch the client's region, out of read-only.
EU copies deleted 14 days after each move; EU backups age out after 35 days.
