Description

Hello,

since the switch to Okta we have 37 people two times. List attached: Hannover-Lahe 16, Bremen-Hemelingen 13, Celle 8. The depot offices made them new accounts when they could not sign in. The old ones still have the access. Can you clean it?

Bettina

Hi Bettina, thanks for the list. These depots switched on the first three evenings, and these people were refused at their first Okta sign-in because the email we held differs from Okta's (old addresses, 'ae' for 'ä', typos in our record). Sign-in never makes an account by itself, so the new ones are duplicates. We'll move each person's access, roles and open requests onto the account they sign in with and close the other. Please don't make more new accounts for people refused at sign-in: correct the email on their existing record instead.

Elif, can you script this once? 37 pairs, about 100 access items and 9 open requests on the old records.

Done: access, roles and the 9 open requests moved to the account each person signs in with; the 37 old accounts closed. Log on the ticket.

Hi Bettina, all 37 are single records again, with their access and open requests. Could you check a few?

Bettina Hahn · 10 Jul 2026, 14:20 UTC

I checked five, all good. Thank you.
