Greenhollow: codes take minutes on one mobile network
Description
People at Mallow on one particular mobile network say codes take three or four minutes since last week. Everyone else gets them in seconds.

Delivery receipts for that network take 2–4 min since 30 Jun, other Irish networks 3–5 s. Textbridge routes it through a congested partner. Ticket raised with them.

Hi Aoife, we can see it: our SMS provider routes texts for that one network through a slow partner since last week. We've asked them to change the route.

Textbridge moved the route at 14:00. Receipts back to seconds.
