Description

A driver at Warrington says the code goes in, then the screen says code expired. Happened twice this week, Monday and today around 05:30.

Hi Gareth, could you send the driver's name? I'll look at both mornings in the sign-in log.

Dariusz Kowal.

Yusuf Demir · 15 Jul 2026, 08:30 UTCInternal note

Both mornings: two codes requested about 40 s apart, first one entered after the second was sent, so it was replaced. Sign-in with the second code succeeded a minute later both times. No failure I can find.

Thanks. Both mornings Dariusz asked for a code twice, then typed the first one. A new code replaces the old one, which is why the first was refused; the second worked a minute later each time. Could you ask Dariusz to wait for the text and use the latest one? If it happens with a single code, tell me the time and I'll look again.

No more problems this week.

Closing as can't reproduce: no fault found, only codes replaced by newer ones.
