Description

A Preston driver has two accounts: the old one with a personal email, and the new phone-code one from June. The old one still has the forklift access. Can you merge them?

Hi Joanne, there's no merge today. Two ways to tidy it up:

  1. An administrator adds the driver's mobile number to the old account and deactivates the new one. The driver keeps all access and signs in with a code.
  2. Or deactivate the old account; the driver then asks again for forklift access on the new one.

Option 1 keeps the history together, so I'd go with that.
