Description

The import is there. What must the file look like? We have 90 August starters to add.

Hi Bettina, a CSV file, saved as UTF-8, one person per row, with these columns:

Column	Example	Notes
first_name	Jana
last_name	Schulte
email	jana.schulte@vossberg.example	or leave empty and fill mobile
mobile	+49 151 …	for phone-code sign-in
home_depot	HH-BIL	the depot code, not the name
role	staff	staff, team manager, depot manager or administrator

Upload it under People → Import. The dry run shows what would be created and lists every row with a problem; nothing is created until you confirm. Rows that fail come back as an error file.
