Description

We've 18 summer workers on milk intake at Mitchelstown and most haven't a phone they want to use for work. Can they all get their codes on the intake office phone?

Hi Ciarán,

the 18 can't share one phone for codes: a code proves which person is signing in, and a shared phone would let anyone in the office sign in as any of them.

What works today: each worker gets a password and signs in on the intake office PC. An administrator can make all 18 accounts at once from a spreadsheet, under People › Import, with sign_in set to password; each worker then sets their own password. Workers who later want codes on their own phones can switch.

If it helps, send me the list and I'll check the file before you import it.
