Description

Your release note says approver reminders start today. Who gets them? Our site managers or head office?

Hi Rachel, the people who can decide the request: at Northgate that's your administrators at head office. A reminder goes 24 hours after a request comes in, then once a day while it's still waiting. Site managers don't get them, since they can't decide requests.
