Vossberg: dry run shows 16 'email already used'
Description
Dry run for the seasonal file: 1,240 to create, 16 errors "email already used". What do we do with the 16?

Imported 1,224. The 16 are reactivated by hand.

Hi Bettina, those 16 already have accounts (most from last year's season). The import only creates new people, so it skips them; you can import the rest as it is. If their home depot changed, update those 16 by hand.
