Description

Hello,

our nine sites are closed on Sunday. If a request comes on Friday afternoon, do our administrators get reminders Saturday and Sunday then? Some of them read the work e-mails on the mobile. And will the portal be in German one day?

Hi Lisa, yes: reminders go every day, Saturday and Sunday included, and there's no weekend or holiday setting. Deciding Friday's requests before the weekend stops their reminders. We're moving reminders to 08:00 your time as one email per approver; I'll confirm here when that's done. The German portal is noted; nothing to share yet.

Graz (4 requests, 8 reminders) and Linz (3, 6) got reminders on Sunday at 04:00. Please make a weekend setting.

Yusuf Demir · 27 Jul 2026, 07:40 UTCInternal note

Almwerk asks for a weekend setting on reminders; Sunday 04:00 reminders at Graz and Linz. For Noor.

Hi Lisa, the change is out: from tomorrow reminders come at 08:00 Austrian time, one email per approver. The weekend setting is with our product team.
