Description

Now that all our depots sign in with Okta: could ACME create, update and deactivate accounts from Okta automatically, over SCIM? HR changes reach Okta every night, but in ACME someone still adds and deactivates people by hand or by import. Leavers are the worry.

Hi Matthias, not today: accounts are made in the portal, by hand or by import, and never from Okta or Entra ID. A person needs an account before their first sign-in, and leaving Okta doesn't deactivate the ACME account.

I've logged SCIM as a request with product, with your leavers point first.

OK. Until then we'll run the import weekly and send leavers to the HR admins.

Hi Matthias, an update: our product team has started shaping accounts from Entra ID (SCIM), with Kelderby. Okta isn't in the first step, but the same work is the base for it. I'll keep this ticket open until there's something for Okta.
