Description

Laura Bennett left us on Friday. Please make sure the account is gone, and tell me how to add our new ops coordinator as an administrator.

Hi Tom, you can do both:

  1. People → Laura Bennett → Deactivate. Laura's decisions stay in the history.
  2. People → Add person, then Roles → Administrator. The new coordinator sets up an authenticator app at first sign-in.

One thing to keep in mind: when one of you changes phone, we check with the other administrator before resetting the second factor, so it's worth always having two.
