Greenhollow: new worker's number already in use
Description
Adding a new worker at Fermoy, the portal says the mobile number is already used. It's a family phone; the brother worked here last year.

Hi Ciarán, a number can belong to only one person, because the code goes to the phone that signs in. The brother's account (deactivated last October) still holds it. An administrator removes the number from that account first, then adds it to the new worker.
