Hi Ana,

our agency drivers (about 410) are not in the Entra ID export. How do they go into the people import, and who keeps them current when the agencies change people every week?

Hi Henrik,

In the import, leave their email empty and give their mobile with the country code (+31, +32, +49). They sign in with phone codes.
Phone codes stay when their depot switches to Entra ID; they don't need Kelderby accounts.
Keeping them current: each depot office sends its agency list to Priti's team on Fridays, and they run the import on Monday morning. Drivers who stopped are deactivated by hand in People; the import doesn't remove anyone.
