Description

Seit unser neues Mail-Gateway am Samstag live ist, kommen die Antrags-E-Mails gar nicht mehr an. Unsere IT sagt, sie werden abgewiesen. Was müssen wir freigeben?

Hi Lisa, our emails come from notices@acme-hq.example and pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC for acme-hq.example. If your gateway allows that sender (or the domain), they'll come through. Since the emails were rejected rather than delayed, they won't be resent, but every request is under All requests in the portal, and the bell shows them too.
