Northgate: can the daily reminder email group requests by site?
Description
Our two portal admins get the reminder email at 08:00 with every waiting request in it, 30+ on a Monday, oldest first. Can it group them by site, so each of us takes our own sites?

Ask for site grouping in the reminder email (for Noor). Northgate's two admins approve everything for 12 sites until depot approvals exist, so they feel it most.
Hi Daniel, not today. Since the end of July reminders come as one email per approver at 08:00 your time, listing every request still waiting on them, oldest first; there's no grouping by site. I've passed the idea to our product team. Meanwhile All requests can be filtered by site, and deciding a request there stops its reminders straight away.
