Description

Uploaded the SAML metadata for Rotterdam today. The upload was accepted, but the test sign-in fails: "AADSTS700016: Application with identifier ... was not found in the directory".

Hi Henrik, the file you uploaded comes from Kelderby's test tenant, not production, so the test sign-in goes to the test tenant, which doesn't know the Rotterdam app. Because the test failed, the upload stays pending and nothing changed for Rotterdam. Download the Federation Metadata XML from the Rotterdam app in your production tenant, upload it again, and run the test sign-in.

You were right, wrong tenant. Uploaded the production file, test sign-in passes.
