Description

End of season: 40 summer workers leave Thurrock and Corby on Friday. Is there a way to remove them all at once rather than one by one?

Hi Tom, yes, with the people import: a file with the 40 people (email is enough to match them) and "leaver" in the status column deactivates them all. Run the dry run first and check it lists exactly the 40. Their access ends at once, and their history stays for your records.
