Description

Our Zwolle hub closed on Friday. Can you remove it? The portal won't let me delete it.

Hi Femke, the portal won't remove a hub while people still have it as their home hub, and 38 people do. Move them to their new hub first (the people import with the new home hub code does it in one go); then the hub can be deactivated. Their access at Zwolle ends when it's deactivated, and their history stays. Remember to delete the Zwolle app in Entra ID too.

Moved the 38 to Deventer and Apeldoorn, Zwolle deactivated, app gone.
